Neuroscience Lab Internship

Responsibilities:

• Establish relationships with university clubs and organizations to foster brand awareness and engagement.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies, including promotions, social media, PR, events, and experiential marketing.
• Represent Vanguard Researchers, engaging with students, faculty, and participating in relevant activities.
• Identify opportunities for product seeding and smart product distribution to raise brand awareness.
• Promote and educate others on Vanguard Researchers' mission, products, and impact.
• Create and manage a marketing plan, setting goals, and tracking expenses.
• Coordinate with the community team and retail store for marketing support.
• Collaborate with the creative department for marketing materials and promotions.
• Rally volunteers for events and team meetings.
• Build and leverage an email list to drive engagement to events.
• Assist in organizing and managing promotional events.
• Be adaptable, willing to work outside normal office hours, and able to handle physical tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Enrollment in a relevant academic program.
• Pursuing a degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
• Involved in campus clubs and/or associations with event planning and execution experience.
• Passionate about neuroscience, outdoor activities, and our mission.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
